Colorado Pledge to Diversity Legal Group
Colorado Pledge to Diversity Legal Group

The Colorado Pledge to Diversity Legal Group was founded in 1993 by Denver area law firms interested in bringing about real change to the legal community through diversity. Diversity was converted from a line item in a budge to a core value that guided business decisions, impacted hiring decisions and guided , rather than a line item in a budget, as each of the signatory firms pledged to actively infuse diversity into all levels of firm management.
Today, the Pledge is a vibrant and active group of law firms seeking to improve diversity in the legal profession.
To Pledge firms, diversity is a core value that plays an important role in every aspect of the practice and the business of law.
Diversity is more than just a matter of changing the numbers, it is about changing the culture within law firms.
