Thursday, September 14, 2006	Committee obtains feedback and solicits input from 2005 participating employers and students at end-of-summer reception at 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. at Oxford Hotel (1600 17th Street, Denver, CO). Summer 2006 Application Process
Thursday, October 5, 2006	Committee meets at 12:00 noon (lunch will be served) at Davis Graham (1550 Seventeenth Street, Suite 500, Denver, CO) to discuss: Timeline Career Services Packet Student Application Packet Participating Employer Packet
Monday, November 6, 2006	Committee Co-Chairs attend informational session for DU law school students at 12:00 noon.
Tuesday, November 7, 2006	Committee Co-Chairs attend informational session for CU law school students at 12:00 noon.
Wednesday, November 8, 2006	Committee Co-Chairs send via e-mail one Career Services Packet and one Student Application Packet to each law school's career services office (knalty@law.du.edu and veronica.paricio@colorado.edu).
Monday, November 20, 2006	Law schools distribute Student Application Packets to eligible students.
Thursday, December 14, 2006	Committee meets at 12:00 noon (lunch will be served) at Sherman & Howard LLC (633 17th Street, Suite 3000, Denver, CO 80202), to discuss participating employers and Participating Employer Packets.
Monday, January 8, 2007	Participating employers confirm participation in program. Committee Co-Chairs distribute Participating Employer Packets to participating employers.
Thursday, January 25, 2007	Students submit applications to law schools' career services offices by 12:00 noon.
Tuesday, January 30, 2007	Law schools' career services offices send completed Student Application Packets to Committee Co-Chairs (peter.schwartz@dgslaw.com and avalle@sah.com).
Wednesday, January 31, 2007	Law schools' career services offices check academic standing of students and report via e-mail to Committee Co-Chairs (peter.schwartz@dgslaw.com and avalle@sah.com).
First Round (CBA Interviews)
Wednesday, February 7, 2007	Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. (dinner will be served) at Davis Graham to select students to interview during first round.
Thursday, February 8, 2007	Committee Co-Chairs notify law schools' career services offices of students selected for interviews and interview times. Law schools' career services offices notify students.
Tuesday, February 13, 2007	Committee members interview students (morning and afternoon sessions) at the Offices of the Colorado Bar Association (1900 Grant Street, Suite 900, Denver, CO).
Tuesday, February 13, 2007	"Kick-Off" Reception at 5:30 p.m. at Sherman & Howard LLC (633 17th Street, Suite 3000, Denver, CO 80202), for all students who submitted complete Student Application Packets. Committee members (or designees) are expected to attend the reception.
Second Round (Employer Interviews)
Thursday, February 15, 2007	"The Draft" -- Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. (dinner will be served) at Davis Graham and employers "draft" students for interviews during second round.
Friday, February 16, 2007	Committee Co-Chairs notify students and participating employers of draft results.
February 19 - March 2, 2007	Participating employers interview students.
Monday, March 5, 2007	Participating employers submit evaluations and preferences to Committee Co-Chairs (peter.schwartz@dgslaw.com and avalle@sah.com). Law schools' career services offices submit student preferences to Committee Co-Chairs.
Tuesday, March 6, 2007	"The Match" - Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. (dinner will be served) at Davis Graham to make final selections, "matching" students with employers.
Employment Offers
Wednesday, March 7, 2007	Participating employers make offers (via email, snail mail, telephone, in accordance with participating employer's traditional practice) to students asking for response by March 14th.
Wednesday, March 14, 2007	Students respond to offers.
Thursday, March 15, 2007	Committee Co-Chairs contact participating employers to confirm matches.
Friday, March 16, 2007	Participating employers may communicate with students about summer program.
Internship Program
Monday, March 19, 2007	Student Application Packets made available to Internship Program Participants.
Summer 2007 Program and Oversight
End of May/Early June 2007	Clerkships begin.
July 2007	Mid-summer meeting for Committee to evaluate program's progress (if necessary).
September 2007	Committee obtains feedback and solicits input from 2007 participating employers and students at end-of-summer reception.
